Staking Facilities runs bare-metal validator infrastructure across nine networks (Solana, Ethereum, Celestia, Aptos, Monad, Sui, and others) out of a German data center.
I work on the low-latency side: HFT transaction processing, custom Agave/Solana validator patches, kernel tuning, and network stack work where microseconds matter. The infrastructure spans multiple L1 networks and is tuned for throughput-sensitive workloads on dedicated hardware.
